PERSI Surveys

PERSI first began a survey program in 2003 to determine how members and employers perceived our service levels. Based on those initial results, PERSI set process improvement goals and developed strategies to achieve those goals. We have conducted surveys each year since to identify areas where we excel and evaluate areas we can strengthen in order to provide members with the highest level of service possible. The results of our most current surveys are available below.
