Updating your Address with PERSI

Active Members

If you are an Active Member, please contact your employer and update your address with them. When your employer reports your PERSI contributions each month, we also receive address updates.

Inactive Members

If you are an Inactive Member, meaning you do not work for a PERSI employer, you may use the Address Change Form or you could change it online by going to Form 110 (login required).

Retired Members

If you are a PERSI retiree, you may use the Address Change Form or you could change it online by going to Form 110 (login required).
